This or That Tag! TAG Thursday

Hey Beauts,

So today I just felt like doing a TAG post! They're quick and easy and when I have a to-do list as long as this, I haven't got too much spare time right now. It's also really upsetting seeing how bright the sun is outside when I'm stuck inside doing work. I thought I'd procrastinate a little bit with writing a blog post. I haven't been tagged to do this, but I had such good comments and feedback on the last TAG Thursday that I thought you would all appreciate another one! So here you all go! :D

Makeup;
Blush or Bronzer - Blush, I still can't apply blusher properly (haha) but I don't even attempt to wear bronzer!
Lip Gloss or Lipstick - Lipstick, definatly! I hate the feel of lip gloss.
Eye Liner or Mascara - Mascara, My experiences with eye-liner have pretty much always been bad! But if I could survive with one piece of make-up, that would be mascara,
Foundation or Concealer - Concealer, it's so easy to put on and blend out. Foundations are too heavy in my opinion for every day.
Neutral or Colour Eye Shadow - Neutral, it's just easier and looks elegant and classy.
Pressed or Loose Eye Shadows - Pressed, loose is just a lot messier! haha.
Brushes or Sponges - Brushes, they feel so soft! And they're a lot easier to store!

Nails;
OPI or China Glaze - OPI, I'ver never tried China Glaze. I love the little sets you can get - super cute!
Long or Short - Long, even though they break, they look a lot nicer.
Acrylic or Natural - Natural, Acrylic is very fake!
Brights or Darks - Brights! But I do like to wear darks from time to time too!
Flower or No Flower - No Flower? I don't get this question? Is it flower nail art? Sometimes I like flower nail art, but most of the time not?

Body;
Perfume or Body Splash - Perfume, it lasts a lot longer!
Lotion or Body Butter - Body Butter as it feels much nicer
Body Wash or Soap - Body Wash because it's a lot easier to use.
LUSH or Another Bath Company - LUSH, it's just beautiful!

Fashion;
Jeans or Sweat Pants - Jeans (Can I pick tights instead?) I only ever wear tights! :)
Long Sleeve or Short Sleeve - Short Sleeve, long sleeves get too hot!
Dresses or Skirts - Dresses, much easier to work with. Skirts are too hard to wear (on me)
Stripes or Plaid - Plaid, much more classy!
Flip Flops or Sandals - Flip Flops, easier to slip on, plus I love how casual they are!
Scarves or Hats - Scarves, big fluffy ones in the winter! Super soft and super cuddly!
Studs or Dangly Earrings - Dangly, on nights out, it's pretty much the only time I wear earrings.
Necklaces or Bracelets - Bracelets, they just look so pretty when layered up on your wrists!
Heels or Flats - Flats, easier to walk in and very rarely hurt.
Cowboy Boots or Riding Boots - Cowboy Boots, they just look very fun and rustic!
Jacket or Hoodie - Hoodie, so comfy!
Forever 21 or Charlotte Russe - Forever 21? I've never heard of Charlotte Russe, it must be an American thing!
Abercombie or Hollister - Hollister? I'd pick neither but I LOVE Hollister body sprays!
Saks 5th or Nordstrom - Neither, Never shopped in either!

Hair;
Curly or Straight - Straight on a daily basis, curly on an occasion!
Bun or Ponytail - Ponytail, buns are too difficult for me!
Bobby Pins or Butterfly Clips - Bobby Pins.
Hair Spray or Gel - Hair Spray, gel feels horrible!
Long or Short - Long, I really don't like short hair (Sorry)
light or Dark - Dark, much more 'homely'
Side Sweep Bangs or Full Bangs - Side Swept, they just look nicer and it's what I've always had. :P
Up or Down - Down, my face is too chubby! I hate my hair up.

Random;
Rain or Shine - Shine, rain just gets your all wet and uncomfortable!
Summer or Winter - Summer, so warm and happy! Weather doesn't get in your way of having fun!
Autumn or Spring - Autumn, I love wearing orange, browns and reds in Autumn.
Chocolate or Vanilla - Vanilla, it tastes amazing!
East Coast or West Coast - The only question where I can't decide! East has Florida and New York - West has California! So BOTH! Mwhahahahahahaha!

I hope you enjoyed this! Seen as how I wasn't tagged to do this, I don't feel as though I can tag other people to do it too, but I'd love to read your responses! So if any of you decided to do this, or if you've done it in the past, comment down below with a link to your post so I can read your answers! Thanks for taking your time to read this post and remember to follow on GFC and Blog Lovin' so you don't miss out on future posts! <3

Liz Earle Hot Cloth Cleanse and Polish - Review!

Hey Beauts,

So today I'm writing a lovely review about the Liz Earle Hot Cloth Cleanse and Polish that literally is Uh-Mazing!

Well, where can I start with this product? It is actually really good! I didn't want to believe the hype when I first heard people talking about this, but one day I wanted to treat myself whilst in Boots and I ended up purchasing this! It was £14.75 for the 100ml pump and 2 muslin cloths. It even all came in a cute little bag, which is perfect for travelling so the cloths don't get dirty or mess up the rest of your suitcase. Having two cloths comes in really handy, especially if one is in the wash so you always have one at hand. My recommendation is definatly on the starter kit, purchasable here.

So how do I use this? Well it says to use on a dry face, but when I'm in the shower, I'm really too lazy to get a towel and dry my face to continue my routine - so I actually use it on a wet face. I pump one or two pumps onto my fingertips (depending on if I want to splurge or not) rub my fingertips together gently and then start massaging it into my face, leaving my eyelashes till last so I don't get mascara all over my face. Then I step back, turn the shower up really hot, get the muslin cloth all wet, squeeze out the out excess water and press is against my face to open up my pores. I then slowly and gently massage my face again with the cloth before wiping away all of the product and finish by turning the shower down to cold and splash the water against my face to close up all my pores. Refreshing! To top it off, this smells divine, like absolutely gorgeous and just adds to how refreshing you feel when you have used this product.

The best thing I have discovered with this product is that it doesn't sting my eyes! My eyes I feel are quite sensitive (Even Simple moisturiser stings) but this has rosemary, chamomile, cocoa butter and eucalyptus essential oil in and still doesn't sting at all. I rub it into my eyelashes (eyes closed of course) and when I open them, I'm fine - It's like I have splashed water in my face or something! UH-MAZING!
I use this both morning and evening (who am I kidding? Most mornings, I'm lazy) and it just keeps my face clean, refreshes my face and in the morning - wakes me up. It smells great, it reduces redness, it doesn't sting, it feels so soothing on the skin, very creamy, a little goes a long way, the bottle lasts ages and its amazing! I couldn't recommend this product any more, Really! Just try it out and you won't regret it. :)

I hope you enjoyed this review, it really does deserve the hype that it has and if you're thinking 'I don't know whether to buy this or not' , just do it. Splurge, feel special about owning it - you won't regret it :) Have you tried this product before? What did you think of the product? And do you think it deserves the hype it has? Comment down below and let me know! If you don't want to miss out on future posts and reviews remember to follow on GFC and BlogLovin! <3

Outfit Of The Day! 21/02/2014

Hey Beauts,

So a couple of days ago I went to meet my dad at the pub for one or two or three drinks and some lunch and I thought I show you what I wore and also ask for your opinions on something that is really bugging me!

(I'm sorry the image is a tad blurry)

So this is me posing in a pub mirror - Always staying classy eh? The dress that I am wearing is from Primark that I bought during all the Christmas sales and even features in this post here, I'm not usually a floral person, especially big flowers but this stuck out to me. The tights are from Next and I thought the dark purple/pink colour went really well with the pinky purple flowers from the dress. The shoes are also from Primark and I just love the little gems stuck all over them that just give them that added jazz and sparkle that most girls love!
Now the help I need is with the cardigan (Also from Primark), It doesn't actually go with the outfit and I was trying to think of what I could wear with this dress that would fit. A black blazer? No. A Cotton cream cardigan? No. So any suggestions would be great! Just leave you ideas down in the comments, I'd love to hear your opinions as I'm not exactly a fashion person! I hate clothes shopping! But I really do love the dress and in the cold months the UK seems to love - I am constantly freezing in this dress! So thanks for all the inspiration you could hopefully give me and remember to follow on GFC and Bloglovin' so you don't miss out on any future posts (With better images). <3

Mid-Month Must Haves February 2014!

Hey Beauts,

So since my mid-monthly must haves went down so well last month, I decided I would do it all again this month! So without further ado - my mid-monthly must haves! :D

First up is make-up and I've discovered some absolutely brilliant staples that are completely worth the hype that surrounds them on-line and within the blogging/vlogging community!

Kate Moss Rimmel Lipstick 01 (RRP: £5.49) This is my favourite, favourite, most favouritest drug store red lipstick by far (You're clever if you see what I did there). I love how similar this is to my all time favourite MAC red lip. The texture, the lastability, the colour and the smell is also amazing! :D This would be a definite dupe for MAC - Brave Red.
Maybelline Color Tattoo in On & On Bronze! (RRP: £4.99) Review here. Now this is the only colour I own at the moment and I can't wait to get paid so I can purchase a couple more - especially Eternal Gold as it's super pretty. It's super creamy and stays put, it blends well up into the crease and inner eye and just looks beautiful. I personally thought it was too dark when I first got it but I think it's perfect to get yourself into darker eyeshadows.
Naked 3! (RRP: £37) At first I really hated this palette but now I'm loving it. The colours are still a bit ehh-meh and produce quite a bit of fall out but I've learnt you can create some beautiful looks with them. Useful, I love it, But I prefer the Naked 2.
Real Techniques Expert Face Brush! (RRP: £9.99) Amazing for both foundation and concealer. Love, love, love love it! :D 'Nuff said!
Real Techniques Delux Crease Brush! (RRP: £-) Personally don't see the point in this brush, but every time I use it, my crease it has transformed my eyeshadow and it looks beautifully blended!
Real Techniques Angled Brow Brush! (RRP: £-) This brush is absolutely brilliant. I don't know if it's because I've never used an angled brush for my brows before or if I have just not used a good brush before. But this brush is perfect and easy to use and I never mess up using it!
Collection Lasting Perfection Conceal Light & Medium! (RRP: £4.19) Staple product. I use the light under my eyes and the medium for blemishes on the rest of my face. It's perfect, creamy and doesn't crease. I won't go into too much detail because so many others have! But I agree with the hype, it's seriously amazing! :)
L'oreal Eye Shadow Brush! (RRP: £-) This was just a free brush that my mum got for free with a L'oreal purchase at some point in her life. I wish L'oreal sold these brushes because I would definatly buy them. This one though is perfect with the color tattoo and that's that!
Rimmel Stay Matte Powder! (RRP: £3.99) The perfect powder for a matte face. I find that I don't need to top it up for about 6 hours or so and it just completes my make-up and makes my skin look flawless.
L'oreal Telescopic Mascara! (RRP: £10.99) The PERFECT mascara! It's lovely and black, gets into every corner and separates lashes perfectly.
Sleek Blush in Pomegranate! (RRP: £4.49) This blush has such amazing pigmentation. I hardly tap my brush into the powder, tap off the excess and can do a whole cheek, with usually too much colour on the cheek. The colour is also super beautiful on the skin too, especially mine! :D
Tweezerman Nail Clippers! (RRP: £12.00) The straight-edge of these is amazing for easily giving yourself square cut nails. Super easy to use and very durable!
(From left to right)
Naked 3;Blackheart, Sleek Blush; Pomegranate, Maybelline Color Tattoo; On & On Bronze and Rimmel Lipstick; 01

Next up: Body and hair products!

Ocean Salt Face Scrub - LUSH! (RRP: £13.20) Review here. I do have a full review on this product, but I really do like it as a face scrub. The stinging has subsided quite a bit too now which is great and every time I use it I feel ultra refreshed and my skin glows afterwards!
Passion Fruit Shower Gel - The Body Shop! (RRP: £-) I bought this on a whim just because it was on sale at £2 or £3 (I don't really remember) But I've been loving the scent and just how the scent fills the shower. The Body Shop really have been surprising me lately! :D
Soap and Glory - The Breakfast Scrub! (RRP: £8.00) Review here. This product has been lasting ages and I continue to use it every time I wash my hair - So I use it regulary, but the tub is still half full! Plus that smell <3
L'oreal Elnett Satin Hairspray So Sleek! (RRP: £4.20) This stuff is amazing for taming those little fly aways that annoy the hell out of me! Plus, for a hair spray it smells amazing! Quite floral and lovely!
Vanilla Lace Body Spray - Victoria's Secret! (RRP: £-) I get complimented on this every time I spray it on my skin off of my boyfriend. 'You smell like cupcakes' I would hear and I will not complain - Who doesn't love cup cakes?!
Juicy Coture Perfume 30ml! (RRP: £35.00) This is the original Juicy Coture perfume scent! It's not a very young person scent but I love it! It makes me feel very grown up and special and I recommend it so much but everyone always has Viva la juicy. Try this one for once! :D

How about some fun random little Mid-Month Must Haves?

Favourite Song: Clean Bandit - Rihanna! This song just really relaxes me, calms me down and puts me in a happy mood! I've been listening to it constantly on repeat for the past couple of weeks!
Favourite Film: The LEGO Movie! I have one thing to say about this movie and if you get it, you're great - 'Everything is Awesome!'
Favourite App: Twitter! I'm getting back into Twitter more nowadays! I don't post as much as I used to because I don't want to start posting negative, unhappy and pessimistic posts again! But I want to start communicating with you beauts more and I hear Twitter is the way forwards!
Favourite Blog: Uh Hels Yeah! I really love this blog, but she hasn't posted for a couple of weeks now so hopefully a new post is due! I believe she's at Uni right now so she might have a dissertation due or something but I really like the vibe I get from her personality! It's very friendly and loving so go check this blog out! :D

So that's that for my second 'Mid-Month Must Haves'. Leave your opinions of these products down below! Did you get on with them? Or did you hate them? Tell me down below so I can hear your opinions! And remember to follow on GFC and Bloglovin' so you don't miss out on anything!

LOVEing Nails!

Hey Beauts,

So last week was Valentine's day and everyone either went cuckoo for love or got upset that they were single. Personally my boyfriend and I don't celebrate it, it's too commercialised for us and his excuse is 'Why do I need a certain day to tell you I love you?'. Plus, it's my birthday the next day so half the time I'm too excited about my birthday to care about Valentine's day, and the fact that I was turning 21 - I was super excited! But this doesn't mean I don't like pink and red and glitter and love hearts, so I am continuing to paint my nails with the Valentine's theme this week as well!
Love hearts and pink are very girly connotations and it just makes me feel very femenine having nails like these, especially when I got lots of compliments on them! So I though I'd show you my nails and give you tips on how I achieved the look at home without special tools and equipment. I believe I only used a toothpick, sellotape and a cotton swab. So here we go! :)

First off, excuse the sloppines on these nails, I took the picture before I cleaned up the edges (whoops). The thumb is just done by swiping the nail polish brush up the nail with three different colours after each layer has dried and then on the thumb, pointer and pinky I have just dabbed the top of the brush on the nail and put on a little red gem that I had in a craft kit. The ring finger is a dark red with a simple chunky glitter on top and the middle finger is done by putting nail polish on a cotton swap and dragged down twice to form the heart and the tip of a toothpick dipped into nail polish dotted around the edge to blur the rough edges of the heart.

The pinky and middle fingers are just a plain colour with two different types of glitter on top - one fine glitter, one chunky glitter. The pointer finger was done by pulling purple polish up the nail in lines with a toothpick (I personally don't like this nail) and the hearts were done by cutting a love heart out of some sellotape and painting over the pattern on my nail (The pink heart is my favourite).

I hope you all enjoyed this quick post. I think you can wear nails like this at any time through out the year as they are just happy, lovely nails! If you recreate them, write a blog post and comment down below or tweet them to me here; TWITTER. Comment down below if you like these nails or what you would change about them if you could. I love inspiration for my nails, especially if it comes from you beauts! :D Tell me what you did for Valentine's day too! I know I don't celebrate it but I love hearing your stories. Also I was wondering if you would like a birthday haul seeing as though it was my birthday but I don't know if you'd be interested in that? Again comment down below and remember to follow on Bloglovin' and GFC so you don't miss the post if I decided to do it! :D <3

30 Random Questions Tag! - TAG Thursday

Hey Beauts,

So I was tagged by Miyyi to do this tag, so here you go! :P

1) What are you wearing today?
Today I have literally had a PJ day (Like most other days really). I have on a dirty cream/light brown long sleeved top and trousers in a navy and cream tartan print! :)

2) What are you listening to right now?
My mummabear shouting at the dog to be quiet! :') I was just listening to the latest Shaytards vlog, but that has finished now and I am about to put on 'Rihanna' by Clean Bandit. It reminds me so much of being on holiday or something. It has such a catchy chorus too! :D

3) Do you like the beach?
I love the beach! Not so much for sun-bathing, but for digging huge holes, sandcastles and playing in the sea!

4) What is something you really want right now?
Right now I really wish I had a Mango Passion fruit cooler from Starbucks (Or Costa).

5) Who was the last person you added to your contacts?
The last contact I saved into my phone was a girl who I saved as '.' because I can't bring myself to put her actual name there. We aren't friends, I am remaining civil xD

6) Do you have any piercings?
I just have the simple single ear piercing in both ear lobes. Although I think they've kind of healed at the moment, I only ever wear ear rings when I dress up for drinks or a night out.

7) What are your favourite stores?
I'm not really a big shopper, but I love Boots and I love New Look, so we'll go with that! :P

8) What is your favourite nail polish brand?
Essie, by far. I absolutley love Essie nail polishes! They are perfect and there are so many different colours to pick from!

9) Have you ever failed a test?
Yep! My French As-level. None of it would ever stay in my brain. But I got a D in the speaking part. It wasn't good enough to give me an overall grade though so :(. It wasn't much of a big deal though, so alls well.

10) Do you prefer shorts or skirts?
I wear shorts with everything, they cover your dignity a lot better than skirts do. Plus I find it really hard to work with skirts. You can easily wear a baggy top with shorts but skirts and baggy tops? You just look like a big baggy mess - well I do anyways!

11) What is your favourite social media site?
I'm really into Twitter at the moment, but I love looking back over Facebook to see how my life went. So I will probably have to go with Facebook right now!

12) Do you play any sports?
I used to play a lot of sports at school, mainly Netball, Basketball, Trampoline and Swimming which resulted in me having pins put in my hips - since then I haven't really played sports a whole lot. I wish I still played Netball though, I loved it so much!

13) Do you prefer long or short hair?
Long, by far! I understand short hair looks nice on some people but why people with gorgeous long hair such a Miley Cyrus, Ellie Golding or Jennifer Laurence cut it all off is beyond me! They were so much prettier with long hair!

14) What is your favourite quote?
I have a few favourites but I'll go with
'Everyone wants happiness, nobody want pain, ut you can't have a rainbow without a little rain'

15) What colour is your bedroom?
Cream. Such an easy colour to work with. If I want a change I can easily change my bedding, lapshade and curtains and my room would easily be completely different!

16) Are you an outgoing person or a shy person?
This is tricky for me. Everyone I know will say I'm outgoing - even when you first meet me. But I feel as though I am incredibly shy when I am around people I don't know so well. Although I do agree with being outgoing around people I do know. So we'll go with outgoing.

17) What is the last text message you sent?
'Cool, Can't wait!' - To a friend organising picking him up on Saturday so he can come party with me for my 21st birthday! :D

18) Have you ever won a competition?
It depends what kind of competition you are on about?
Our team won a few Netball tournaments when I was younger.
I won a penalty shoot-out when I was younger too (I was against boys too, haha)
I won a giveaway over at Birds in Blossom last week too! :)

19) How many pillows do you sleep with?
Two. Perfect. If I can't sleep I can cuddle one! :D

20) Who was the first person you talked to today?
My boyfriend Josh, when I woke up. I told him to have fun at his first day back at work since November! Then I fell back to sleep because it was too early.
He had a long, tiring day - but he loved it :)

21) How many hoodies do you own?
Far too many!

22) What should you be doing right now?
Probably starting my dissertation! Whoopsies! :P

23) Can you keep your shoes clean?
I try and fail. If a face wipe doesn't work then I don't bother!

24) If you could change your name, what would you change it to?
I actually really like my name, so I wouldn't want to change it. But I really like Katelyn and will probably call a future daughter this! :)

25) Do you prefer dark, milk or white chocolate?
White chocolate is the best! :D So creamy and yummy but unfortunately the worst for you too =[

26) Open a book closest to you and turn to page 13. What does the first line say on that page?
'This essay was originally written in the early 1960's and reflects much on the British advertising experience.'
My dissertation is about product placement so I have a book about advertising near me!

27) Do you still watch Disney?
Of course! Disney films are amazing! I still can't believe I haven't watched Frozen yet, although I do know all the song lyrics. 'Do you want to build a snowman? Or ride our bikes around the halls...' hehe...

28) What do you usually eat for breakfast?
Mostly nothing or if I wake up on time, granola, greek yoghurt and fruit of some sort :)

29) Do you have any pets?
You all know I have a dog called Spence! Have another picture of him, this time from Christmas! :D

30) What is your favourite holiday?
Christmas! I love getting Christmassy, putting up decorations, singing songs, presents, wrapping presents, giving, dinner, etc....etc... :D This is our houses tree from 2013!

It's just a bit of fun really, not exactly beauty related but I still love to hear peoples stories!

The key to happiness! - Magical Mondays

Hey Beauts,

So the past few days I have just been feeling really down, It's not that I'm not happy (Because I am actually quite happy) It's just due to deadlines looming with uni work, no job and just being lazy isn't really keeping me upbeat and cheerful. So I've decided to put together a few things that will make me (and hopefully you) more cheerful on both the inside and out! Writing things down will always push me to do more things (Little list maker me) and by giving you beauts inspiration too, hopefully we can share ideas on what makes us feel good in our lives! :)

So my first ever magical Monday inspiration thingie ma jiggy is to look back over old photos! Photos that made you happy, when you had a smile on your face, when you mind was like 'I'm so super happy right now'. Instead of looking back and thinking 'I wish I was as happy now as I was back then', think 'I've lived a pretty happy memory'.
This is a photo of me and a group of friends a couple of years back on holiday in Madrid (It was a pretty amazing holiday - over France, Spain, Italy & Germany). I absolutely love this picture and it brings back such amazing happy feelings from that holiday and it just makes me think of how lucky I am to have friends like these and how lucky I am to experience such an amazing time! :D Even just writing this has brought back a warm fuzzy feeling inside of me! :)

2  The second idea would be to just put on your favourite film or one you've been meaning to watch for a while. Just sit on the sofa, with your duvet, a nice drink of some sort (Mine would be a diet coke over ice), a snack or your dinner - whichever you would prefer, I'd suggest yummy food and I wouldn't think of the calories or fat or sugar, just enjoy the food. Surround yourself with extra blankets, a dog, a couple of teddy bears or your partner (whichever you'd prefer) and just settle down and enjoy the film. If you fall asleep in amongst your comfort fort, at least you can think about the early night you've had and the extra rest - perfect for diminishing those naughty under eye circles that never budge!

3 And finally, when it comes to taking pictures, I am such a happy person! Be it a selfie, nature, friends, a funny face or something random - I love seeing the beauty in everything (Even ugly beauty). So here I am sharing with you beauts a picture of me and my puppy, Spence! (He isn't a puppy). I love him to pieces! It makes me so happy just calling him up onto the bed and trying to take lots of pictures of us together! And looking back over the pictures just taken usually end up leaving me and my boyfriend in fits of giggles! As you can see, he has a pretty wonky face and is how he ended up with one of the many nick names of 'Wonky dog', but I wouldn't have him any other way! :D So just grab a camera, phone or webcam and take pictures! Who cares if you 'don't look good' in them, have fun and keep it to look back on in the future to remember the moments! :D

So what do you beauts think of magical Mondays? I decided to call it that because the thought of you deciding whether or not to be happy is quite magical! :) Do you have any ideas that I could try out? And maybe feature in future Magical Monday posts? If so, don't forget to comment down below and tell me! I love hearing of new ways to be happy and cheerful! :) Remember to follow on GFC and Bloglovin' if you don't already and stay happy!

Ocean Salt - Review!

Hey Beauts,

So today I'm bringing you a review of Ocean Salt from LUSH which is apparently a face and body scrub that brightens and softens your skin! Time to give you my honest review (Mwahahahaha)!
Now if I were to talk to you in terms of this being a body scrub, I would literally tell you to not bother wasting your £13.25 and instead go and purchase Soap and Glory's Breakfast Scrub at £8.00. To start with the tub doesn't last very long. I got about half way and realised it didn't really do anything. Yes, my skin felt soft, but not too much softer than normal and I loved the feeling the salt chunks left on my skin, but the product continued to decrease rapidly and I really felt like I'd wasted my money. The smell was beautiful and absolutely refreshing and awakening for a morning shower, but again I couldn't justify the smell of limes and vodka (Yes, you heard right) or the feeling of salt on my skin for £13.25.

I had wanted this product for so long, I'd heard so many good things about it and I was so disappointed when I used it, which is why I put off writing this post for so long. But then I discovered something which changed everything! :D One day (and half a tub later) I realised you could use this on your face. That is wear my opinions were completely turned around with this product.
It's quite a face-stingy product. The Salt. The Limes. The Vodka. But it does an amazing job at clearing away the dead skin, the salt means you can really feel as though you are exfoliating your dead skin away and getting rid of the dirt your face has claimed. The Vodka soaked limes do a great job and refreshing your face and really brightening your complexion and finally the avocado butter, coconut oil and seaweed really leave your skin feeling soft and happy again after the sting of the salt, vodka and lime.
What's more is after using this on my face, I discovered that you hardly need to use any and it lasts so much longer, meaning it is actually worth the £13.25. The smell is just an added bonus and really awakens my senses in the morning. Lime just smells pretty amazing and is great at kick starting my brain. Although as I said, It is quite cleansing and I wouldn't recommend using this more that 2-3 times a week - It will probably leave your face red raw.

This is a very dis-jointed review, I know, but that is just because it isn't exactly the softest product. It hurts slightly to use, but it does an amazing job! Especially if followed up with the Liz Earle Hot Cloth Cleanse and Polish.
