Outfit Of The Day! 21/02/2014

Hey Beauts,

So a couple of days ago I went to meet my dad at the pub for one or two or three drinks and some lunch and I thought I show you what I wore and also ask for your opinions on something that is really bugging me!

(I'm sorry the image is a tad blurry)

So this is me posing in a pub mirror - Always staying classy eh? The dress that I am wearing is from Primark that I bought during all the Christmas sales and even features in this post here, I'm not usually a floral person, especially big flowers but this stuck out to me. The tights are from Next and I thought the dark purple/pink colour went really well with the pinky purple flowers from the dress. The shoes are also from Primark and I just love the little gems stuck all over them that just give them that added jazz and sparkle that most girls love!
Now the help I need is with the cardigan (Also from Primark), It doesn't actually go with the outfit and I was trying to think of what I could wear with this dress that would fit. A black blazer? No. A Cotton cream cardigan? No. So any suggestions would be great! Just leave you ideas down in the comments, I'd love to hear your opinions as I'm not exactly a fashion person! I hate clothes shopping! But I really do love the dress and in the cold months the UK seems to love - I am constantly freezing in this dress! So thanks for all the inspiration you could hopefully give me and remember to follow on GFC and Bloglovin' so you don't miss out on any future posts (With better images). <3

  4. Love the dress! I think it looks really pretty with the cardigan :) If I should pick something else I would just go with a fine knitted black cardigan (I have a few from Primark that I use to everything). It's very simple so it wouldn't take focus from the dress. Love matching with the colour of the tights as well :)

  6. I'm not a floral person either but I love that dress! I'd probably pair it with a burgundy cardigan and black tights or a charcoal gray one and the burgundy tights. That being said I do like it with the cream cardigan.

  7. I am a floral chick in love with colors and prints, name it. You have a very gorgeous dress that you can take to so many levels of chic and awesome. While the cardigan is a great match i would also suggest a leather jacket for an edgy look, a big white or cream scarf wrapped around the neck for extra warmth a pair of leggings or skinnies and then a pair of knee high or thigh high boots to finish the look. Oh my, your outfit is just so inspiring and you look great.

  8. Gorgeous dress and shoes! I even like your sweater however I think a blazer that matches any color on the dress would go well with your outfit :)

  9. Honestly I'd suggest either wearing a long sleave shirt underneath it or wear it in the summer. Or with a jean jacket.
